Service calls in, scheduled visits out: AI sizes each job, picks the tech and books the arrival window.

WHAT IT DOES
The job it does.
Customers report a problem on one link; the AI sizes the job, names the trade, the likely parts and the technician whose skills fit, and one press of Auto-schedule fills your week with an arrival window for every visit.

It will not schedule a job it cannot size - it asks the customer the two questions a tech would otherwise waste a trip discovering, and the week board shows the capacity you have left instead of a list of complaints.

HOW IT WORKS
How it works, step by step.
Write your crew and your dispatch rules once in plain English; calls arrive through your public report-a-problem link (or you log the phone ones yourself) and land on the board at New. Sizing a call makes one closed-world AI call that returns the trade, a priority of Emergency, Same week or Routine justified by naming the rule it matched, the realistic minutes on site, the likely parts, the technician whose trades and area fit, a customer message with no invented date or price in it, and anything still missing as direct questions for the customer rather than guesses. Auto-schedule then places every sized call against the crew's skills and each day's remaining capacity, emergencies first, and tells you why each visit landed where it did.
Every call is a record moving through New, Sized, Needs parts, Scheduled, Completed and Cancelled, and the technician's rough note becomes a visit record with the parts used and the follow-up. Google Calendar (put the booked week on your calendar) and Gmail (send the arrival window as you) are optional; the whole app works with nothing connected.

QUESTIONS
What buyers ask first.
- What does Service Call Dispatcher do?
- Customers report a problem on one link; the AI sizes the job, names the trade, the likely parts and the technician whose skills fit, and one press of Auto-schedule fills your week with an arrival window for every visit.
- What does it connect to?
- It works with Google Calendar and Gmail, and asks your permission before it connects to any of them.
- How much does it cost?
- $50 a month on Veda Lite: one app, hosted at its own link, with the AI it runs on. The first 14 days are free, no card; the app pauses if you do not keep it.
- Can I change it to fit how we work?
- Yes. Once it is yours, tell Veda in plain English what to change and she rebuilds that part of the app. You never edit code.
