Paste a client's "quick tweak" email and it rules the request in-scope or out against your SOW, quotes the exact clause it relied on, estimates the hours from your rate card, and drafts both replies for you — a gracious "that's covered" note and a priced change order.

How it works, step by step.

Every request lives on a board that carries a status from Requested through Assessed, Change order sent, Client approved and Delivered & invoiced, and a running tally shows how many unbilled hours your goodwill tweaks are giving away this month. Clients you send the public link to can file a request that emails you and lands in your activity. It never invents a clause your SOW does not contain — if the SOW is silent it says so and asks.
