("Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides access to the Intuist Inc. platform at app.intuist.ai (the "Service") subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your information. You understand that through your use of the Service you consent to the collection and use of this information.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation.
• Knowingly transmit any material that contains adware, malware, spyware, software viruses, or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

The AI Platform and Service itself, including all underlying technology, software, and tools provided by us (collectively, the 'Platform Materials'), are the exclusive property of Intuist Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, mirror, frame, republish, download, transmit, or create derivative works of the Platform Materials, in whole or in part, by any means.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall Intuist Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California State, USA without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
