WHAT IT DOES
The job it does.
Customers who owe you get the right chase at the right time in your tone, and their reply is read back so the promise to pay is written down on the invoice.

The follow-up you keep meaning to send is drafted for you at exactly the escalation the age of the debt calls for, and when the customer replies the AI turns 'I'll pay you Friday' into a dated promise on the invoice, so cash you were owed stops slipping.

HOW IT WORKS
How it works, step by step.
Add the invoices you are owed (customer, amount, due date), set your cadence and voice once (when a gentle reminder, a firm follow-up, a final notice and an escalation each go out, and the tone they are written in), and press 'Find invoices due for a chase today' to see exactly which invoices need which chase now. For each one the AI drafts the reminder at the right escalation level in your voice, closed-world (no web, no invented amounts or late fees), which you send with Gmail as you or copy and send yourself. Every invoice is a record carrying a status through Current, Due soon, Overdue, Reminder sent, Follow-up sent, Final notice sent, Promised to pay, Paid and Escalated.
Your customers can send a payment update through a public link ('we'll pay Friday', 'already paid', 'we're disputing this'); you press 'Load payment updates' and the AI reads each reply back into a dated promise-to-pay on the matching invoice. Gmail (send the reminder as you) and Google Calendar (a follow-up reminder on the day a payment was promised) are optional. The whole app works with nothing connected.

QUESTIONS
What buyers ask first.
- What does Overdue Invoice Chaser do?
- Customers who owe you get the right chase at the right time in your tone, and their reply is read back so the promise to pay is written down on the invoice.
- What does it connect to?
- It works with Gmail and Google Calendar, and asks your permission before it connects to any of them.
- How much does it cost?
- $50 a month on Veda Lite: one app, hosted at its own link, with the AI it runs on. The first 14 days are free, no card; the app pauses if you do not keep it.
- Can I change it to fit how we work?
- Yes. Once it is yours, tell Veda in plain English what to change and she rebuilds that part of the app. You never edit code.
