SDR SHEET
LIVE 16 SEPTEMBER 2026

She finds the account and writes the note herself.

The work that fills a pipeline falls between people, email, documents, spreadsheets and the systems nobody wants to open — which is exactly the work she was built for. The first pipeline she took on was our own: since 16 September 2026 our outreach has been researched, written and followed up by Veda, and sent from the mailbox of the person whose name is on it.

01 · THE HIRE, AGAIN

The same engineer, pointed at your pipeline.

She is the one already described on the front page. This is the second job she holds: the same hire, reading the same way, writing in your name instead of hers.

THE JOB DESCRIPTION

02 · HOW IT WORKS

MICHELE LOCKER

VP, Business Development

8 SEPTEMBER 2026

Signal to conversation, in six steps.

“Human sales enters once there is evidence of a credible problem and an appropriate stakeholder is willing to engage.”

SIGNAL
A company is admitted only on a fresh dated event — an AI hire, a launch, a partnership, funding — whose sentence she found on the page she read it from. Publishers are refused.Signal-led discovery, merged into the console 16 September 2026
SCORE
Fit, pain, timing, intent and access, weighted the way you weight them. The top tiers are worked; an account below the line is never contacted at all.The console's push rule — tiers worked, disqualified accounts never contacted · tiers from the GTM brief, 8 September 2026: 80–100 tier one, 65–79 tier two, 50–64 monitor
RESEARCH
What is public about the account, cited. A line survives only if its source page was actually fetched and the quoted sentence is on it.The grounding rule, merged 17 September 2026
PEOPLE
The buying committee by role. Every address is derived from the pattern and then verified before it is treated as real; catch-all and risky addresses are dropped at the door.
OUTREACH
A four-step sequence over eleven days, written per person rather than merged into a template, with an opt-out line on the first step and the last.
HUMAN CONVERSATION
A reply halts the sequence and lands in your inbox. The meeting goes on your calendar with a brief, and a note goes back to your CRM.

SIGNAL TO CONVERSATION · THE FIRST HALF OF THE FLOW IN THE GTM BRIEF, 8 SEPTEMBER 2026

Everything above the last row is hers. The last row is yours, and it is the only one she is trying to reach.

03 · WHAT SHE REFUSES

What she will not send.

An SDR that will write anything is worth less than no SDR at all, because every note it sends spends a name you cannot get back. So the interesting half of this job is the half she declines.

NO DRAFT WITHOUT A PASS
A grader reads every draft before it can be sent, and a held draft is never cleared by hand.
NO RECITING THE PROSPECT
A note that plays a company’s own website back to it is held.
NO INVENTED FIGURE
A statistic that is not on a page she actually fetched is held.
NO SPECULATION
A guess about what a company is going through is held.
NOBODY BELOW THE LINE
An account that scores under the tier line is never written to, and a disqualified one is never contacted.
AN OPT-OUT, TWICE
On the first step of every sequence and on the last.
NEVER FROM HER OWN ADDRESS
She writes as you and sends as you. She does not write to your prospect as Veda.

THE STANDING REFUSALS

The recital rule is not a posture. On 16 September 2026, the day it came in, the first nine drafts written under it were regenerated and all nine were held. None of them went out.

04 · FOR PARTNERS

One deployment each, and nothing crossing.

A partner selling this to its own clients is not a tenant in our campaign — it is its own console, with its own list, its own sending team and its own keys, and we cannot see into it any more than its neighbour can.

ONE DEPLOYMENT EACH
Its own console, its own ICP, its own sending team and its own keys. Nothing crosses between partners.
THREE AGENTS, TODAY
New business, cross-sell into the partner’s own customer base, and AI assessments.A UK channel partner, live on its own deployment since 21 September 2026
THEIR LIST, NOT OURS
Their ICP is taken verbatim from their own document, and the clients they already hold are excluded before the first run.
WHAT WE WILL NOT PRINT
Their name, until they tell us we can. The same goes for every account the console has written to.

05 · THE VOICE

Problem first, and AI second.

This is the sentence at the top of the brief the console was built from. It is also the reason she is allowed to say nothing rather than say something clever.

Problem first. AI second. If you have a painful process, let’s see if we can fix it.

INTUIST LEAD GENERATION AND GTM BRIEF · 8 SEPTEMBER 2026

06 · HOW TO START

Bring us one painful process.

Not a pilot committee and not a category evaluation. One process you already know is costing you, and a conversation with someone who will tell you if AI is the wrong tool for it.

THE ENTRY OFFER

“Bring us one process that is painful, manual, repetitive or inefficient. We’ll look at it with you and determine whether AI can meaningfully improve it.”

MICHELE LOCKER · VP, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT · 8 SEPTEMBER 2026

IF YOU RESELL
Bring us one internal problem, or one client workflow that is painful. We will help determine whether AI can really do it — and if it can, help build it.Adapted from the MSP and channel entry offer, Intuist GTM brief, 8 September 2026
WHO OPERATES IT
Veda does, end to end. Nobody on your team has to open Lemlist or Apollo.
