Chrome Extension Privacy

1. The short version
The Intuist Vedas Chrome extension does not collect, store, sell, or transmit any personal information. It is a thin "side panel" that opens the apps you have already built on Intuist, using the same Intuist account you are already signed in to. There is no separate sign-in, no analytics, and no tracking inside the extension.
2. What the extension does
When you click the toolbar icon, the extension opens a Chrome side panel and loads your Intuist app picker (app.intuist.ai) inside it. The picker lists the apps associated with your signed-in Intuist account; selecting one opens that app in the same panel. The extension is a window onto Intuist — all of the actual functionality, data, and account handling happen on Intuist's web app, which you are already using in your browser.
3. Information the extension collects
None. The extension does not collect or process personal or sensitive user data. It does not read the content of the web pages you visit, your browsing history, your keystrokes, or your clipboard. It has no access to other tabs. The only thing it remembers locally (via Chrome's storage) is a small, optional setting used for development (which server to point at) and basic panel state — never personal data.
4. Permissions, and why
The extension requests the minimum permissions needed to work: "sidePanel" so it can open Chrome's side panel when you click the icon, and "storage" so it can remember that small local setting. It does not request access to your tabs, your browsing data, or the pages you visit.
5. Your Intuist account & data
Because the extension shows your apps using your existing Intuist login, any handling of your account information and the data inside your apps is governed by Intuist's main Privacy Policy — not by the extension itself, which stores and transmits nothing of its own.
