Delete your account

You can remove your Intuist account and the data that goes with it at any time, from inside the Veda app or by email. This page says exactly what is deleted, what is kept, and how long it takes.

STEP 1

In the Veda app

Open the menu (your name, top right), choose "Delete account", and confirm by typing DELETE. Your account is removed the moment you confirm and you are signed out on that device.

STEP 2

By email

If you no longer have the app, write to [email protected] from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request from that mailbox and complete it within 30 days.

STEP 3

What is deleted

Your sign-in codes and sessions, device push registrations, your usage counters, and, for a self-serve (Veda-Lite) account, the account record itself; the apps you built on it are unpublished and marked deleted. Your email address on those records is replaced by a one-way hash.

STEP 4

What is kept, and why

If your email belongs to a company workspace that an administrator manages on Intuist, deleting the mobile account removes your mobile access; the workspace administrator controls the rest of your workspace identity. Work orders you filed are kept with your email removed, because a work order can carry another person's request or a customer's record. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

STEP 5

Retention

Deletion is immediate in the product. Backups roll off within 30 days. Nothing about a deleted account is used to train AI models.
